Patient Undergoes Breast Lift

This patient came to us after experiencing significant weight loss, concerned about skin laxity and loss of fullness in the breasts. Her goal was to restore a lifted, more youthful breast shape without using implants. She underwent a mastopexy (breast lift) to tighten and reshape the breast tissue, combined with fat transfer to enhance volume and improve overall contour naturally. This approach helped restore a firmer, more proportionate appearance while maintaining a soft, natural look and feel.
