Because the incision is placed within the underarm crest, there are no surgical scars directly on the breast. The procedure can provide the same volume enhancement and improved breast shape associated with traditional breast augmentation while offering a different incision location.

Procedure and Recovery
The procedure is performed using anesthesia through small incisions placed within the natural creases of the underarms. With endoscopic visualization, Dr. Gross creates the implant pockets and carefully positions the implants according to the surgical plan developed during your consultation.
Recovery varies by patient. Swelling, soreness, tightness, and temporary changes in sensation are common during the early healing period. Most patients gradually return to normal daily activities as directed, while strenuous exercise and upper-body activity remain restricted until cleared by Dr. Gross.
