A $175 surgery consultation fee is required to book any surgical consultation with Dr. Mays. Your consultation fee is applied to your surgery fees!
Your card will be charged $175 to reserve your appointment. A 48-hour cancellation notice is required. Any cancellation within less than 48 hours of your appointment will be billed a non-refundable payment of $175 for the canceled appointment.
