This patient came to us with breast asymmetry related to her previous implants. Her initial breast revision included removal and replacement of the existing implants with different-sized Sientra implants - 415cc on the left and 355cc on the right - to improve symmetry and create a more balanced breast shape. Liposuction of the bilateral axillary (armpit) areas was also performed to refine the surrounding contours. After the implants had settled and her results could be fully evaluated, a secondary refinement was performed using a small amount of fat transfer to the breasts harvested from her thigh. This allowed for precise contouring and further improvement of subtle residual asymmetry, resulting in a more balanced, natural-looking final result.
