Louisville’s Best Plastic Surgeon Moves to St. Matthews
Dr. Chet Mays, recently named Best Doctor in Louisville in 2022 and 2023,
moves to permanent location in St. Matthews.
(Louisville, KY, March 1, 2024) – Dr. Chet Mays, board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, has relocated his plastic surgery practice in Louisville, KY. Dr. Mays specializes in a full range of surgical and non-surgical procedures.

The nearly 13,000 square foot space includes a plastic surgery clinic, full medical spa and surgical suites with two operating rooms. Mays Plastic Surgery is located in The Gallerias in St. Matthews. This space previously occupied Del Frisco’s, Havana Rumba and multiple other businesses before the roof collapsed in 2019. Kaden Companies, a local real estate company, purchased the property in 2022 and rebuilt the strip mall that sits between Sears and Thierman Avenues in the heart of St. Matthews. Kaden Companies also moved their headquarters to The Gallerias, the company was previously located in the Kaden Tower on Dutchman’s Lane.
