"Recovery was easy and the scarring is very minimal - Dr. Mays and his stanmff are great. I recently had a breast augmentation/revision and a lip lift procedure done. I am about 4 weeks post op and overall I am really pleased with my results. Upon my consultation, I let Dr. Mays know what I disliked about my first BA performed by a different surgeon. I showed him a picutre of what I'd like my revision to look like and he was able to make a recommendation on how to get me the look I desired. My revision has given me the results I wanted. The lip lift procedure also turned out great. Recovery was easy and the scarring, which I was mildly concerned about, is VERY minimal. I am glad that I made the decision to trust Dr. Mays and his staff with my procedures."

"Stoked! I received the service I paid for from the surgeon - So I have to say that spending this much money on myself took some pretty serious convincing. But I couldn't be happier with my decision to get a mommy makeover (breast augmentation with lift and implants, tummy tuck and liposuction, and fat transfer to the buttocks). I'm pleased even more with my decision to have Dr. Mays perform the surgery. He understood my vision of wanting to keep "the girls" looking natural, as well as my desire to remove the loose skin that there clearly was no getting rid of no matter how many hours I've spent in the gym the last two years.I will say that I met with three other surgeons while researching this procedure and didn't get the same sense of quality results that I was looking for. The staff at CaloAesthetics is amazing, but there were a couple of nurses that could work on their bedside manner. After all, you're paying a fortune. That being said, I'm still giving five stars because I received the service I paid for from the surgeon. And a couple of "bad apples" out of the dozen nurses I met with over the last two months doesn't equate to less of a review."
"Highly Recommend Dr Mays- Breast Augmentation and Mini Tummy Tuck/skin Removal - I had breast augmentation and a mini tummy tuck with Dr Mays about 18 months ago and the results were fantastic. Dr Mays really made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. He was always very considerate and polite. The ladies in the office were very friendly at all of my pre and post op appointments. My only complaint would be that after my surgery, the ladies in the surgery area made me feel rushed to get out of there (maybe because it was a Friday afternoon?), and when I let them know that I was freezing cold from being in the operating room, they didn't really respond to me or try to make me more comfortable. Maybe they were just having an "off" day. Regardless, I would highly recommend Dr Mays and his work! He has helped to give me my confidence back after three children who were all c sections!"
"I have full faith and trust in Chet Mays - I found Dr. Mays through plenty of research and I am thankful I did. I was having pain with my implants and Dr. Mays and his staff explained my options and helped me with any questions I had. I ended up needing surgery to replace my implants due to the fact that both had capsular contracture and a breast lift. It has been 3 weeks since my surgery and I am happy with my results. I have had a lot of questions and concerns with my recovery, no matter who I speak to or see for my visit in the office they all know who I am and my situation. I never felt like a number when calling or visiting the office. When picking a surgeon/practice your first instinct might be cost, my suggestion is to let cost be the last driving factor on who you select to perform any procedure. Your first factors should be reputation, experience and customer reviews. I have full faith and trust in Chet Mays and CaloAesthetics Plastic Surgery Center!!!"
"Breast Implant Removal Without Lift - Last December, Dr. Mays removed my 330 cc cohesive silicone breast implants that were placed in 2003. They did not cause me any problems and still looked/felt fine. I just wanted them out. I waited until after the removal to decide whether or not I might need a lift since I am now almost 40 and they were in there a long time. For the first few months, they looked pretty deflated! But now they look pretty close to my pre-implant breasts. I could not be happier with the results!"
"Excellent experience - Dr. Mays is awesome. He is really down to earth and easy to talk too. He listens to your goals and lays all the options into the table for review. He is dedicated to his specialty and very knowledgeable. I had a great experience with my surgery. I had breast augmentation and had two previous consultations. He was so patient with me and very caring. He provides his patients with the best bed side manner and makes himself available to your needs. I would strongly recommend him and would go back to him for future surgeries if needed. If you are on the fence with improving your looks, I strongly suggest going to a consultation with him. He will help you reach your goals."
"Amazing experience! Highly recommend! - I cannot express enough how happy I have been with Dr Meys. I am three weeks out with my breast augmentation and my results are amazing. Going into his office initially not knowing exactly what I wanted. He and his staff work with you and take the time to be sure you are selecting the right implant and size. Implants are measured in cc’s, I was very concerned with wanting a natural look, not too high, not too big. They factor in everything, your height, weight, breast size & spacing, what you say you want as a result. I trusted his expertise and the results thus far are amazing. I am a tall girl (6’) so he explained that I could tolerate a larger implant when others couldn’t. I never would have thought I would go with 540cc implants but they fit my body perfectly. Trusting him was the right choice, he is the expert after all! I have attached a photo just ONE WEEK after my surgery. I took that photo on the advice of a friend who said you may need to see the progress a week apart so you don’t get freaked out. I have not taken a single picture since because I don’t need to! My breast look better and even more natural each day!!!!"
