"I had an amazing experience with Dr. Gross and his team! I recently had a CoolPeel laser treatment, and the results have been incredible. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The office itself is beautiful, clean, and professional.Dr. Gross was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease throughout the entire procedure. He consistently checked on my comfort level and explained everything clearly, which made the experience stress-free and enjoyable.The results exceeded my expectations. "I won’t go anywhere else! I’ve received many services and treatments for the last 2 years at Mays. I’ve also been seeing my Aesthetician Ashley Walk for almost 7 years now. She’s one of the best in the game! Super informative and knowledgeable about all the treatments and products. I’ve had facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasions, and laser treatments done by her. All wonderful results! Trina, the lead Nurse injector is aMAYsing! I won’t get filler or neurotoxin done by anyone else!! I feel so comfortable and trusting of what I’m getting done. All very natural results! I have to shout out the wonderful staff! John Michael and Kara to just name a few. If apart of the LBGTQ+ community like myself.
